All our products are handwoven by skilled artisans in Burma (Myanmar) using traditional techniques. You can read more about how our products are made here
What if my item is damaged or faulty?
If something is not right with your order, please email us at hello@thewhitevanda.com within 3 days of receiving your item. If possible, include a photo so we can resolve the issue quickly. We will arrange a refund or replacement.

Are all items handmade?
Yes, every item is made by hand. Slight variations in shape, size or colour are part of what makes each piece unique.
What is rattan?
Rattan is a fast-growing, renewable vine that is both lightweight and durable — perfect for creating natural home décor.
How do I care for my rattan items?
Keep them dry and clean with a soft cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to help preserve colour and structure.
Can I return my item if I change my mind?
Yes, you are welcome to return your item within 14 days of delivery as long as it is unused and in original condition. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for full details.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Digital gift cards are available to purchase online and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and can be used across our website.
