All products are described as accurately as possible. As each item is handcrafted using natural materials, slight variations in colour, shape or size may occur. These are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered faults.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely at checkout using accepted payment methods. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed successfully.

4. Delivery

We offer delivery within the UK and internationally. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on your location. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. For more information, please see our Delivery & Returns page.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition. To request a return, please email hello@thewhitevanda.com with your order number.

Damaged or faulty items:
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or faulty. Include a photo if possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Gift cards:
Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash or extended beyond the expiry date.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care to ensure all product information and pricing is accurate at the time of listing. However, we are not liable for any delays, interruptions, or issues beyond our control, including but not limited to customs delays, third-party courier services, or internet outages.
