Delivery

We deliver across the UK and Internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Returns

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
To arrange a return, please email us at hello@thewhitevanda.com and include your order number.
Once we receive your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
Note: Refund does not include your return postage fees. Products are returned at your own cost.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed online only. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
